Unfortunately the import of a lot of package updates
has broken builds for many applications on many targets.
Fixes most welcome :-)

And this level of breakage is holding up a new final
release of uClinux-dist...

Please send patches if you have fixes.

But in this case "chat" is actually part of the pppd package.
So if you want chat you need to build the "pppd package" even
if you don't want pppd itself.
