[uClinux-dev] nios2 needs an asm/kdebug.h file

  given that a successful build *needs* an <asm/kdebug.h> header file
these days, for lack of anything better to do, i'm just going to
introduce one for nios2 that does nothing more than includes
<asm-generic/kdebug.h>.  it seems to work for several other arches so
... what the heck.  unless someone has a better idea.
