[uClinux-dev] 2 QSPI drivers for 5272?

I'm trying to build the QSPI driver for the Coldfire 5272 using the 2.6.19 kernel.
I notice there are two copies of the driver.  One in drivers/spi and the other in drivers/char.

The first one will not build - there are some include files that are not in the correct place (mcf_qspi.h and devfs_fs_kernel.h).
I cannot configure the kernel make so it will attempt to build the second driver.

Which is the correct driver?  The comments in the second file suggest it has been modified for the 2.6 kernel.
How do I configure the make process so it will build it?
