[uClinux-dev] port of dhcpcd-3.1.6

Hi,

Attached you will find a port of the latest dhcpcd, from http:// 
developer.berlios.de/projects/dhcpcd/ .  uClinux currently has 1.3 in  
user/dhcpcd-new, but this does not support Link-Local IP Addressing  
(getting an IP without a DHCP Server).  Note that user/dhcpcd is  
version 0.70 which does support IPV4LL, but doesnt run correctly  
anymore, at least for me.  This was an easy port, in that all i had  
to do was remove a ton a stack usage.

This is not a complete patch yet (no menuconfig changes), but it is  
working for me so far with limited testing.
