Sorry for delayed reply on this one, I missed it first time around.

I have a preliminary port of the temac driver from the PPC 2.4 tree, 
however ran out of time with HW issues to really get it tested.

The driver is pretty easy to port from PPC, but let me know if you want 
it and I'll send it.
