Hi

I am new to uClinux and I'm trying to port uClinux to Atmel's ARM7TDMI core processor without MMu.
I have some queries regarding uClinux. 

1. What is the smallest kernel image size(2.4 or 2.6) and ramdisk size possible to create with uClinux?
2. Whats the minimal ram size required to run this uClinux?

I tried to search for this but could not get any satisfying results.

Any information regarding uClinux porting to Atmel processors will be highly appreciable.
