[uClinux-dev] Starting with FPGA.

Hi All,
    I'm new in uClinux stuff, and my aim is to move some of uClinux into FPGA platform. I far I know that uC is compiled under linux platform. However FPGA software must work in Windows. How can  I reconcile  this things?
