I have a lightweight, fixed-point, 3D graphics library for microcontrollers and embedded systems. It's ideal for use with uCLinux or Linux, or even just bare C programming. I've used it with soft-core microprocessors in FPGAs, such as the LEON SPARC and Altera NIOS. It's free as in the GPL so check it out.
