[uClinux-dev] eat DOS gremlins on files in vendors/

could someone run `dos2unix` on these two files please:
vendors/AtmarkTechno/SUZAKU/hardware/etc/fast_runtime.opt
vendors/Insight/XC2V1K_Microblaze/hardware/etc/fast_runtime.opt

their newline encoding is screwin me up ;)
