Hi,

I would like to learn more about uCLinux as well as other RTOSs such as
Montavista and "high end" OSs such as VxWorks. I would be very happy to
get some kind of comparison/benchmarks for those OSs. Looking at docs
on: http://www.uclinux.org/pub/uClinux/documentation/ (and other
resources, mostly google) I didn't find specifications and other
material suitable to compare uClinux with other embeded/RTOS.

I am looking for the following details:

   1. Selecting scheduling policy
   2. Setting fixed priority
   3. Disabling context switch by means of setting high priority or of
      disabling interrupts/scheduler.
   4. Limit size of message queues.
   5. Setting time frames for blocking operations.
   6. Worst case latency for various services such as:
         1. task/thread switch
         2. timers resolution.
         3. sending/receiving messages, mutexes and semaphores.

Thanks.
