Sounds like you might need to switch on the 'Include IDE/ATA-2 DISK
support'. That was my problem for a while.

Strange request.
 
I found your posting about CF cards.
 
I am also having some problems.
 
I have a CF card hardwared to a Coldfire processor, no PCMCIA
controller.
 
I have tried modifing the ide-cs code to detect the card and then call
idecs_register to get the thing going. This creates the hd entry.
 
What I dont understand is how uclinux continues the process. Shold I be
doing something in ide-probe?
