Subject: GDB Armulator configure fails
To: uClinux development list <uclinux-dev at uclinux.org>

I managed to build an ARM7 image with a 2.6 kernel, but going on to
build the GDB "Armulator" I get this error:

[root at telgar gdb-5.0]# ./configure –target=arm-elf
Invalid configuration `–target=arm-elf': machine `–target=arm' not recognized
Invalid configuration `–target=arm-elf': machine `–target=arm' not recognized
Unrecognized host system name –target=arm-elf.
[root at telgar gdb-5.0]#

What's up with that? I applied the patch and saw no errors. Looking at
the configure.in file I don't see anything resembling 'arm-elf', but I
do see 'arm*-*-elf'.
